We are currently seeking a Field Operations Manager who will play a critical role in protecting and growing our client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and training the next generation of field employees.

🧼 Clean your own accounts (50%)
🕵️♂️ Audit your team’s work (25%)
🚗 Support team, run supplies, train, & launch new sites (25%)

You’ll Thrive If You’re:
✅ A strong communicator with leadership skills
✅ Experienced in commercial cleaning (2+ years)
✅ Detail-oriented, dependable & proactive
